Activities inFounders Growth Club
Startups are often building something new, which means the challenges they face are always different but rooted in sameness. That’s why our activities come in many shapes, depending on what’s deemed most useful. Sometimes it’s a one-on-one with a founder who’s been through it before. Other times it’s a group session to hear how others are approaching things like funding, AI or hiring. And when it’s needed, we take time to go deep on a specific theme. The point is to give you clear input quickly, with no fluff. Each session is shaped by people who’ve done it, who are doing it now, or who are just one step ahead.

Things I Wish I’d Known Before Scaling a SaaS Company to 200 People
Join me, Karsten Rendemann, founder of Cookie Information, for a candid and practical session on what it really takes to grow a B2B SaaS company from one person and an idea to hundreds of employees and a successful exit.
This is not a polished success story – it’s a behind-the-scenes look at the hard decisions, lucky breaks, and painful lessons that shaped the journey. Expect insights that go beyond startup clichés – with real stories about:
- Finding true product–market fit in a crowded space
- Scaling from founder-led sales to repeatable growth
- Hiring and firing (sometimes even friends and family) to protect your company’s DNA
- Building culture and systems without losing speed
- Shifting from founder to CEO – and staying sane in the process
- Getting the big EXIT in sight.
If you’re building or scaling a SaaS business, this session will give you field-tested lessons – not theory – from someone who’s lived it.
